hile they’ve come here from a wide variety of backgrounds, our team members are all well-versed in classical forms and orders and how to apply them to the many vernacular styles that define historic American architecture.

hey hold degrees in Architecture and other related fields from a number of reputable schools and their professional experience includes training with renowned furniture maker Tom McLaughlin of the New Hampshire Furniture Masters, project managing on the restoration of James Madison’s Virginia home and writing articles for publication in architectural magazines. They’ve also won AIA awards and have been featured speakers at the Traditional Building conferences in Boston and New Orleans.

ur designers and draftsmen take a very collaborative approach to their daily work and they meet weekly with company founder Mike Connor and COO, Holly Kelton to view and critique projects in the works.

ost of our designers also have extensive hands-on and supervisory experience in all areas of the field of construction and our staff structural engineering means we are able to see our customers through  all aspects of the sometimes daunting but always exciting process of building a new home.
