hile our team has come here from a wide variety of backgrounds, they are all well-versed in classical forms and orders and how to apply them to the many vernacular styles that define historic American architecture. They are also well versed in the actual construction methods, framing and detailing required to ensure these home are then correctly built in our shops and on your site.

ur team holds degrees in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural History, Historic Preservation, Mechanical Engineering, Drafting and Building Sciences. Their professional experience includes working in many well-known, traditionally-based architectural offices throughout the country, managing design/build projects for residential and commercial clients, detailing fine custom cabinetry and interiors, supervision of on-site building crews and furniture-making techniques.

ur designers and draftsmen take a very collaborative approach to their daily work and they work closely with company founder Mike Connor to review and critique all projects in the works. Our design and sales team meet monthly through an informal Charrette format to present and discuss new designs and ideas.

ll of our designers and draftsman have extensive hands-on and supervisory experience in all areas of the field of construction which enables them to see our customers through all aspects of the sometimes daunting but always exciting process of building a new home.
