Panelized construction, low VOC paint, reclaimed flooring and light fixtures, ICF foundation, high efficiency boiler and appliances as well as low-flow toilets allow these homeowners to leave a lighter footprint behind while gracing the landscape with a charming farmhouse fitting of the country region.
